Global Leader of Regional Marketing – I&E Power Products

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for semiconductor power products across global markets for I&E.
• Act as the voice of the product and region, developing and executing strategies to achieve regional revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, channel partners, and key customers to support demand creation.
• Analyze semiconductor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Define region-specific pricing strategies to maximize market share, top-line revenue, and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in power semiconductor product marketing, technical marketing, field application, or business development.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
• Deep technical understanding of power semiconductor and Wide Bandgap (WBG) devices and their end-user applications.
• Extensive customer-facing experience with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to bridge complex technical content with compelling storytelling for both technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results across global, cross-functional teams.
