Global IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high-quality technical support to employees across a global organization
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems issues to ensure reliable technology operations
• Process support requests submitted via phone, email, chat, and online ticketing systems
• Provide written and verbal instructions for hardware, operating systems, and connectivity issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests and resolution details
• Coordinate with additional team members when issues require escalation
• Support designated plants and offices through annual visits or major onsite projects

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to travel approximately 15%
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to follow through
• Willingness to learn and the capacity to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of core business processes including Financials and Manufacturing
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities
