Global IT Human Resources Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own MX Payroll integration by monitoring, troubleshooting, and validating all processes to ensure error-free execution.
• Manage demand intake for MX HR applications and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with global HR digital strategy.
• Ensure the stability and performance of MX HR applications, leading incident and problem management.
• Provide global support for HR interfaces and replication processes, partnering with Global IT and vendors.
• Oversee HR data quality, security, and governance to support analytics and compliance with MX payroll regulations.
• Manage vendors supporting MX payroll interfaces, overseeing contract compliance and SLAs.
• Lead change management, UAT, and training efforts for system updates and maintain operational documentation.
• Plan and execute HRIS upgrade projects and system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Administration.
• SAP HCM certification.
• 6+ years of experience in IT landscapes, specifically with SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/IBTP).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP Module expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• MX Payroll and Business Process Analyst certifications.
• Intermediate German language skills.
