Global Investment Operations - Middle Office Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support and reporting across post-trade activities, cash management, and reconciliation processes for delegated investment client portfolios.
• Manage trade confirmations, periodic position reconciliations, and daily cash reconciliations.
• Monitor and maintain liquidity, including cash forecasting, trade settlements, and FX instructions.
• Oversee capital calls, distribution monitoring, and private equity commitment tracking.
• Manage custody exceptions, coordinate custody transitions, and support custodial account openings and audits.
• Leverage internal and proprietary systems to review, analyze, and report on client and operational data to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical approach to work.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong aptitude for project management and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a risk-managed environment.
