Global Investment Banking - Private Capital Markets, Associate

Responsibilities

• Work directly with issuer clients and industry teams to understand business models, financial metrics, and projected performance
• Analyze suitable investor universes and engage in outreach and execution processes
• Support the preparation of transaction marketing and process materials
• Coordinate the entire process from deal launch to signing, including investor outreach and management communication
• Manage multiple transactions in parallel, demonstrating initiative and ownership across the capital structure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of full-time investment banking or buyside experience
• Proficiency in corporate finance and technical ability to work across the capital spectrum
• Fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage competing demands in a high-flow environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in private capital raising (equity, equity-linked, debt, or leveraged finance)
• Experience in M&A execution or buyside roles
• Proven experience communicating with buyside investors
