Global Investment Banking - Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform complex valuation analyses and build detailed financial models
• Execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from pitch to close
• Analyze market data and prepare high-quality client presentations
• Develop innovative solutions for real-world business challenges
• Support the M&A team in delivering strategic advice to clients
• Build professional networks with senior executives and mentors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-office role at a top-tier Investment Bank
• Fluency in Korean to support and interact with local clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle
