Global Investment Banking - Japan Coverage - Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in implementing deal origination and execution functions
• Assist senior bankers in managing client relationships and transaction processes

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese to support local clients
• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office or a related role
• Strong accounting, finance, and quantitative skills
• Excellent business writing and process management capabilities
• A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution
• Deep understanding of transaction cycles and execution-oriented mindset
