Global Investigator

Responsibilities

• Perform internal compliance investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, fraud, corruption, and other misconduct
• Document investigation procedures thoroughly in English and German and report findings to the Senior Director of Global Investigations
• Develop and oversee the global investigations process, including updating policies, procedures, and investigation templates
• Maintain and develop the whistleblower system, ensuring confidentiality and professional case handling
• Ensure compliance with global ethical standards and regulatory requirements regarding the protection of reporting persons
• Organize and deliver Speak-Up awareness training and global awareness campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, such as law firms and management consultancies

Requirements

• Degree in economics, law, or a related field with a focus on compliance or internal investigations
• At least 5 years of professional experience leading and conducting internal compliance investigations, ideally in an international environment
• Fluency in both English and German
• Strong analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to evaluate complex issues
• High level of discretion, integrity, and independence

• Proficiency in additional languages, such as Chinese
