Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment function including candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Creating connections and maintaining relationships with industry leaders and CEOs
• Developing, implementing, and managing social media and marketing strategies
• Performing data analysis, extracting, interpreting, and relaying data

Requirements

• Currently finishing or have completed a bachelor's degree with outstanding results
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Scandinavian language skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• High sense of urgency and proactive work ethic
