Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment function including candidate sourcing and screening
• Creating connections and maintaining relationships with industry leaders and CEOs
• Developing and managing social media and marketing strategy and content
• Performing data analysis, extraction, and interpretation

Requirements

• Currently finishing or have completed a bachelor's degree with outstanding results
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in Italian
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of urgency and work ethic
