Responsibilities

• Assist senior planners with wedding coordination, supplier management, and event-day logistics
• Support administrative operations, including document handling and schedule management
• Create engaging social media content and assist with digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with photography and makeup teams during live wedding events
• Provide professional client communication and support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality, Events, Business, Tourism, or related fields
• Available for a 3 to 6-month internship period
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• A driving license is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or a strong passion for the wedding and events industry
• Creative skills in photography, videography, or social media content creation
• A proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset
