Global Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications partner to HR stakeholders, providing advice and supporting the delivery of internal communication strategies.
• Develop and execute compelling colleague engagement campaigns to build pride and belief in the company culture.
• Drive employee engagement through impactful storytelling, including writing and editing leadership messages, announcements, and briefings.
• Own and evolve the global internal communications channels ecosystem, including Viva Engage, email, and the Intranet.
• Develop and manage a global internal communications measurement framework to track channel performance and engagement data.
• Translate data and employee feedback into actionable insights and clear reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Digital & Technology teams to enhance channel functionality and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Demonstrated experience operating measurement frameworks, including defining success metrics and analyzing sentiment data.
• Strong knowledge of digital workplace tools, intranets, and employee engagement platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of editing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to act in an advisory capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Experience working in a global or consumer-facing company.
• Experience in a global-facing role.
