Global Interchange Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support projects related to interchange compliance, pricing strategy, and broader corporate initiatives
• Continuously monitor key factors driving interchange assessment and present findings to management
• Identify and analyze potential interchange processing issues that may impact clients or Visa financially
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Maintain a working knowledge of global Visa interchange programs to ensure effective monitoring processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development, pricing analysis, corporate strategy, investment banking, or FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, MIS, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with large datasets
• Experience building BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Salesforce Reporting
• Working knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or VB.net

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with automated version control (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Experience with the software development cycle and process automation
• Strong practical experience in financial or statistical modeling and quantitative analysis
