About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup
  • Convert qualified leads into clients by obtaining necessary documentation and electronic signatures
  • Accurately enter intake information into CasePeer to ensure organized and complete case files
  • Draft and send Letters of Representation and request police reports using firm templates
  • Assist case managers with overflow casework to maintain momentum across active cases
  • Follow up on medical records and coordinate with providers to obtain necessary documentation
  • Maintain clear communication with clients via phone, text, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with staff members using Microsoft Teams to ensure streamlined operations

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient with CasePeer, VoIP systems, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
