About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup
- Convert qualified leads into clients by obtaining necessary documentation and electronic signatures
- Accurately enter intake information into CasePeer to ensure organized and complete case files
- Draft and send Letters of Representation and request police reports using firm templates
- Assist case managers with overflow casework to maintain momentum across active cases
- Follow up on medical records and coordinate with providers to obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain clear communication with clients via phone, text, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with staff members using Microsoft Teams to ensure streamlined operations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proficient with CasePeer, VoIP systems, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
