Global Insights Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data collection materials and processes across multiple client markets
• Deliver above-country strategic insights for brands, functions, and account management initiatives
• Advise Project Directors on developing, visualising, and communicating strategic insights
• Provide direction to local analysts on account expectations, slide layouts, and terminology
• Review local project work at key stages to ensure alignment with global client needs
• Combine and align local databases using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Recognise market archetypes to ensure robust above-country insight
• Produce high-quality client presentations and deliverables using PowerPoint
• Liaise with central clients for status updates and project set-up materials
• Coach and mentor junior analysts to support onboarding and upskilling
• Drive strategic initiatives to refine business processes, tools, and materials

Requirements

• Mastery of analysis with experience as a business analyst
• Prior track record of success in client-facing roles
• Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple competing client priorities independently
• Comfort with conflict management and effective feedback
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity for the bigger picture and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong learning agility to react quickly to business change
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
