Global Insights Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Support global marketing and strategy stakeholders in defining business questions and research needs.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to address key business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present research findings, insights, and implications to senior leadership teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute research projects.
• Monitor research effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve methodologies and processes.
• Manage research vendor partnerships to ensure quality, efficiency, and value delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of client-side research experience and/or 10+ years of vendor-side research experience.
• Strong foundation in marketing research theories and approaches.
• Proven ability to translate complex research into actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for synthesizing insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving insights adoption across a large organization.
• Experience training and developing teams to increase insights utilization.
• Ability to handle occasional travel to support global research initiatives.
