Global Inside Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Research companies globally and identify key decision-makers
• Conduct market research across more than 25 global markets
• Prepare training and enablement materials for the Global Inside Sales Team
• Research and implement tools to improve sales processes and productivity
• Generate performance reports based on CRM data
• Constantly identify ways to optimize the current sales process

Requirements

• University student or fresh graduate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong market research skills and ability to identify key players and leads
• Ability to digest information quickly and create professional presentation decks
• Exposure to the e-commerce industry is an advantage
