Global Influencer Marketing Manager - Kits & Accessories

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of kit themes in partnership with Design
• Oversee sourcing and sampling of materials and branded merch
• Manage the development of branded collateral including packaging and notecards
• Oversee end-to-end project timelines for all global press kits
• Manage product and kit forecasting for launches and events
• Lead purchase order management across markets and corporate needs
• Coordinate shipment bookings and logistics with the Distribution Center
• Liaise with Finance to oversee supplier payments and invoice tracking
• Collaborate with Master Data and Supply Chain teams on SKU and barcode creation
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand activations, gifting, or press kit production
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end project timelines across multiple global markets
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Strong financial acumen with experience in PO management and budget tracking
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Beauty industry experience preferred
