Global Influencer Marketing Manager - Kits & Accessories

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of global press kits, from creative ideation to final delivery.
• Partner with the Design team to conceptualize kit themes and oversee the sourcing of branded materials and merchandise.
• Manage product and kit forecasting for global launches and events to ensure accurate quantity allocation.
• Oversee project timelines, procurement, and logistics coordination with the Distribution Center and regional leads.
• Handle financial management tasks including purchase order (PO) management, supplier payments, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Master Data teams to maintain SKU and barcode integrity.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand activations, gifting, or press kit production.
• Proven track record of managing complex project timelines across multiple global markets.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in PO management and budget control.
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience working with cross-functional teams like Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the beauty industry.
• Deep familiarity with influencer gifting culture and global press kit best practices.
