Global Human Resources Audit & Policies Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR audit activities, including RBA, human rights, customer, and SOX-related compliance reviews
• Partner with country HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and legal stakeholders to ensure successful audit execution
• Develop, implement, and govern global and country-level HR policies, standards, and manuals
• Design and maintain an end-to-end HR policy management framework, including version control and communication plans
• Monitor changes in RBA requirements, human rights regulations, and external standards to assess business impact
• Strengthen HR internal controls and ensure corrective actions and remediation plans are tracked to closure
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR audit and policy-related topics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance policy clarity and organizational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 5–7 years of experience in a compliance role
• Proven experience supporting RBA audits and managing internal/external audits
• Extensive experience developing and implementing policy frameworks
• Experience working within global or multi-country environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting human rights, labor standards, or customer compliance initiatives
• Experience with certification-related projects
• Strong knowledge of HR governance, risk management, and control frameworks
