Global HR-system specialist

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshooting, and incident management within the HR system area
• Management and further development of PeopleDoc, including document management and related processes
• Handling and developing solutions in PeopleAssist
• Testing, validation, and quality assurance of system changes
• Coordination between business, HR, IT, and external vendors
• Participating as a Key User in system-related initiatives and improvement projects
• Contributing to the development of Halo, AFRY's new platform for HR Service Management
• Supporting the business during ongoing change and digitalization initiatives within HR

Requirements

• Experience with HR systems, business systems, or system administration
• Understanding of HR processes and how systems support the business
• Experience in support, troubleshooting, or business-oriented system work
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Education in Human Resources (personalvetare)
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleDoc
• Experience with PeopleAssist
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
• Knowledge of Service Management processes
• Experience in testing and validation of system changes
