Global HEOR Evidence Synthesis Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct advanced evidence synthesis and statistical analyses, including Network Meta-Analysis, Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC), and Meta-regression
• Develop health economic models such as cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget impact models for products at all stages of development
• Plan and conduct statistical analyses of clinical trials and Real-World Evidence (RWE)
• Ensure high quality standards by creating QC checklists and establishing robust processes across projects
• Monitor and integrate evolving HTA guidelines and payer requirements into methodologies
• Proactively mentor and develop members of the evidence synthesis team

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in applied statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, health economics, or a related quantitative field
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in evidence synthesis and statistical analyses within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting setting
• Hands-on experience with research design and methods such as survival analysis and pooled treatment effects
• Proficiency with statistical and modeling tools including R, Python, Excel, WinBugs, OpenBugs, or JAGS
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and Bayesian statistics
