Global Head of Talent

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute an enterprise-wide talent system integrating acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Own and evolve the enterprise Talent Strategy to ensure alignment with business strategy and the 2030 capability agenda.
• Embed Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) as the primary driver for hiring, development, and deployment decisions.
• Design and govern an integrated talent supply model spanning internal talent, external hiring, and automation.
• Lead enterprise talent reviews and succession planning for ELT, C+1, and enterprise-critical roles.
• Anchor leadership and capability development investment to enterprise-critical skills and future strategy requirements.
• Own the enterprise talent data, analytics, and technology roadmap, including Workday talent modules and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead a global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, and Workforce Planning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise talent strategy design and execution.
• Proven expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and capability foresight.
• Strong background in talent acquisition governance and leadership development.
• Demonstrated success in leading succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Proficiency in data-driven talent analytics and workforce cost modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Workday talent modules and related HR technology ecosystems.
