Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of >30 full-time employees including four managers
• Drive business impact by ensuring top-quality advisory and services to customers
• Drive operational excellence by designing and optimizing team operations for scalability
• Shape Services strategy in partnership with the Head of Sustainability Advisory & Services
• Foster deep cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Methodology leadership
• Embody and champion Watershed’s operating principles

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• 7+ years of success leading professional services teams in consulting or B2B SaaS
• Expertise in carbon accounting and sustainability-related topics
• Experience managing both individual contributors and managers
• Strong data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency
