Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of advisors and managers
- Define Watershed’s decarbonization strategy in partnership with product leaders
- Drive business impact by ensuring top-quality advisory and services for customers
- Optimize team operations for quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Shape the overall Services business strategy in partnership with leadership
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Methodology teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of success leading professional services teams in consulting or B2B SaaS
- Direct expertise in corporate decarbonization and impactful sustainability initiatives
- Deep knowledge of climate frameworks (GHGP, PCAF, SBTi, ISO) and reporting standards (CSRD, ISSB, CDP)
- Experience managing both individual contributors and managers
- Strong data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from the New York City office 4 days per week
