About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the global commercial growth engine for FCM Meetings & Events, driving new business acquisition and revenue performance.
  • Own and drive the global sales strategy aligned to the 2030 growth ambition and $1B TTV target.
  • Set and govern revenue targets across all markets and service lines, including Venue Finder, Managed Meetings, and Event Management.
  • Drive a deliberate margin mix strategy to optimize profitability across the product portfolio.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing global sales team across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and AU regions.
  • Build and maintain a robust global pipeline of qualified prospects and enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to align go-to-market campaigns and sales methodologies.
  • Oversee global sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading successful global or multi-regional B2B sales teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the Meetings & Events industry, corporate travel, or professional services.
  • Experience selling Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) programmes to enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED or Challenger).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience operating within a global matrix organization.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams in multi-cultural environments.
