About the Company
Trading Technologies is a scaled fintech business operating across Tier 1 banks, prop trading firms, and asset managers globally. Backed by Private Equity, the company is currently in a high-growth phase with an active M&A pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the global Revenue Operations function as the operational backbone of the commercial organization
- Own the revenue forecast, data model, and end-to-end operating rhythm connecting GTM to Finance, Product, and the Board
- Drive predictable revenue through forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Enable scalable growth by designing segmentation, coverage models, and commercial infrastructure to absorb M&A
- Act as the GTM control tower between Sales, CS, Finance, Product, Legal, and HR
- Oversee seven functional groups including Revenue Strategy, GTM Operations, Data & Analytics, Revenue Systems, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Revenue Programs
Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading global Revenue Operations functions
- Expertise in forecasting methodology, pipeline analytics, and scenario modelling
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, tech stack integrations, and commercial data models
- Experience managing complex commercial operations including pricing governance and deal desk
- Ability to design GTM planning, territory design, and compensation models
