Responsibilities

• Lead all People Operations for US and EMEA and contribute to global People strategy
• Consolidate the global People function and define the operating model with regional leads
• Partner with the CEO and COO to build a scalable, high-performance People function
• Implement performance management cycles and ensure global consistency in leveling and feedback
• Drive manager enablement, leadership development, and career growth frameworks
• Develop retention strategies and employee engagement programs
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state laws and EU/UK regulations including GDPR
• Manage the US People team and mentor the global People function

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR and People Ops experience
• 5+ years in senior People leadership at global or multi-region scale
• Expertise in structured hiring, loops, scorecards, and leveling
• Deep knowledge of US employment law and working knowledge of EU/UK employment law and GDPR
• Experience with performance systems, manager development, and org design at high-growth scale
• Exceptional communication, judgment, and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical teams such as ML, Engineering, and Data Science
• Familiarity with AI-native, ad tech, or data-intensive environments
• Experience operating in companies undergoing rapid international expansion or M&A activity
