Global Head of Multi-Asset Class Trading, Senior Manager Director

Responsibilities

• Manage existing trading personnel across seven global trading desks including Toronto, New York, London, and Hong Kong
• Evolve the electronic trading business roadmap, focusing on algorithmic execution strategies, smart order routers, and liquidity sourcing
• Oversee the development and optimization of electronic platforms to ensure high-performance technology and market microstructure expertise
• Create strategic roadmaps to support growth for partnered trading clients
• Partner with sales and financing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for multi-asset class trading capabilities
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance workflow tools, data, and analytics
• Maintain strict compliance with all global regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior trading management experience
• Deep expertise in sell-side global electronic trading infrastructure and offerings
• Strong familiarity with prime brokerage workflows
• Proficiency in trading platforms, high-performance technology, and data-driven analysis
• Undergraduate degree required
• FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 57, and 63 registrations
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Proven ability to lead diverse global teams and manage cross-functional projects
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
