About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of Program Managers
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to optimize talent activation
- Ensure end-to-end execution of major global campaigns across multiple channels
- Partner with leaders across Digital, Retail, Social, and PR to drive unified global rollouts
- Orchestrate all projects led by the Creative Studio, including branding and e-commerce assets
- Implement standardized workflows and frameworks to streamline global execution
- Oversee large-scale marketing budgets with a focus on optimization and financial discipline
Requirements
- 15+ years in Program Management or Marketing Operations within global brands
- Proven track record delivering complex global campaigns and brand identity projects
- Deep understanding of creative processes and production lifecycles
- Ability to implement enterprise-level project management methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to remain calm and agile in high-growth, ambiguous environments
