Global Head of Logistics

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global logistics and distribution strategy to align with business growth and establish global standards for transportation, warehousing, and customs.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across inbound, intercompany, outbound, and service flows to ensure high service levels and operational reliability.
• Manage the global logistics budget and partner strategy, driving cost reductions and negotiating contracts with logistics providers.
• Optimize the global distribution network by redesigning transportation lanes and warehouse structures while leading major transformation initiatives.
• Drive digitalization and compliance through the implementation and improvement of WMS, TMS, and analytics tools.
• Advance sustainability goals by reducing the environmental footprint of logistics operations and supporting ESG targets.
• Lead and develop an international logistics team within a complex, multicultural, matrix-driven environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with significant international leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in a global industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-region logistics networks and leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, international trade, customs, and 3PL management.
• High level of digital literacy with experience in WMS and TMS system implementations.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German, French, or Mandarin are a plus.
