About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the global owner of the Sales and Customer Success technology stack across six regions
- Own platform configuration, Salesforce integrations, and cross-tool field mapping
- Evaluate, select, and support the rollout of AI-led sales and prospecting tools
- Partner with Procurement on contract reviews, renewals, cost control, and license management
- Drive global and regional training initiatives and develop role-based enablement materials
- Track adoption and usage metrics to inform optimization and license decisions
- Enforce data hygiene standards and governance policies across the technology stack
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor product roadmaps
Requirements
- Experience owning and managing a global sales or customer success technology stack
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and system integrations
- Proven experience with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and license management
- Demonstrated success driving technology adoption, training, and optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, IT, Security, and Marketing
- Ability to use usage data and reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Must be North America–based and able to work with global stakeholders
