Global Head of GTM Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the global owner of the Sales and Customer Success technology stack across six regions
• Own platform configuration, Salesforce integrations, and cross-tool field mapping
• Evaluate, select, and support the rollout of AI-led sales and prospecting tools
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract reviews, renewals, and cost control
• Partner with Procurement, IT, Security, and Product Marketing to ensure scalable technology
• Drive global technology adoption through training, onboarding, and enablement materials
• Track usage metrics and maintain reporting dashboards to inform strategic decisions
• Enforce data hygiene standards and governance policies across the entire stack

Requirements

• Experience owning and managing a global sales or customer success technology stack
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and system integrations
• Proven experience with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and license management
• Demonstrated success driving technology adoption, training, and optimization
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, IT, Security, and Marketing teams
• Ability to use usage data and reporting to inform strategic decisions
• Must be North America–based and able to work with global stakeholders
