Global Head of FP&A and CFO, CAO Division, VP

Responsibilities

• Lead all global planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis for the SSIM business.
• Design and execute strategic financial management priorities for the Chief Administration Office (CAO) division.
• Partner with SSIM business unit CFOs to monitor financial tracking of strategic investments.
• Manage the monthly business review (MBR) process, including standardized presentation materials and stakeholder communication.
• Act as a key advisor to the SSIM CFO to identify strategic risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, and Strategy teams to provide transparency on financial performance.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of direct and indirect finance reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of global finance and accounting leadership experience, including extensive FP&A work within financial services.
• Proven experience overseeing business unit planning, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a key advisor to senior business leaders and finance executives.
• Strong track record of implementing key financial and business priorities.
• Excellent presentation, visualization, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in Asset Management.
