Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global facilities strategy, setting consistent standards and operating procedures across all markets
  • Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks for efficient global growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional Facilities Managers
  • Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to develop repeatable models for clinic maintenance and upkeep
  • Oversee global vendor relationships and strategic service agreements
  • Ensure all facilities meet regulatory, safety, and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Own the global facilities budget and drive financial rigour
  • Define and track KPIs across hard services, soft services, security, and compliance

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in facilities management in a premium consumer multi-site, multi-country environment
  • Technical competence in hard services (mechanical, electrical, and building systems)
  • Proven experience owning health and safety at a senior level across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sizeable facilities budgets
  • Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel internationally to regional sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or consumer brand environments
  • Professional qualifications in facilities management, health and safety, or building services engineering (e.g., NEBOSH, IWFM, BIFM)
