Global Head of Expansion

Responsibilities

• Develop a global expansion roadmap, prioritizing markets based on opportunity, feasibility, and alignment with company vision
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new regions, including pricing, product localization, and brand positioning
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local suppliers, logistics providers, and payment gateways
• Build scalable operational processes for fulfillment, customer support, and partner onboarding across different regions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including taxation, data privacy, and trade laws
• Hire and manage regional expansion leads or country managers to drive local success

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in international expansion, business development, or strategic growth
• Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in multiple countries
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills with global stakeholders
• Deep understanding of cross-border commerce and digital platforms
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and execution skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to key international markets
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, French, and English strongly preferred)
