Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global commercial strategy for the oil & gas sector
• Identify and prioritize high-value accounts including supermajors, NOCs, and large independents
• Personally lead and close complex, seven-figure+ enterprise deals
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global sales and industry team
• Partner with product, data science, and solutions engineering teams to translate customer needs into product insights

Requirements

• 20+ years of enterprise sales or commercial leadership experience in oil & gas or energy
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals ($1M–$10M+ ACV)
• Deep network and credibility across major energy companies
• Experience selling data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise software
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale pipeline across global markets
• Experience hiring and leading high-performing, globally distributed teams
