Global Head of Cybernetics

Responsibilities

• Scale a world-class cybernetics engineering team globally, including embedded engineering, systems integration, and electrical engineering.
• Drive embedded and electrical breakthroughs to enable high-performance printer capabilities.
• Build a modular architecture, including main boards, chipsets, and peripherals, that scales across the entire product ecosystem.
• Lead the evolution of the printer's "nervous system" to make systems more flexible, robust, and intelligent.
• Accelerate the iteration process from initial concept to working prototype.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping complex electromechanical products to mass production.
• Extensive experience building and leading high-performance engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise across multiple engineering and physics domains.
• Strong customer focus with an ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details while maintaining a high-level strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for and direct experience in the 3D printing industry.
• Entrepreneurial background with experience scaling a business.
