Global Head of Client Transition, Test Services and Partner & Portfolio Governance, Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead global client transition and back-office conversion services, overseeing complex front-to-back integration programs across multi-region teams and diverse asset classes.
• Design and execute scalable operating models that translate client conversion requirements into governance-led solutions aligned with risk standards and market practices.
• Act as the primary execution interface between clients, incumbent service providers, and internal technology and business teams.
• Own the delivery of comprehensive onboarding test services, including CUAT/BUAT strategies, data integrity validation, and post go-live hyper-care.
• Govern strategic partner relationships and consulting engagements, establishing performance metrics and risk management protocols.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Alpha Implementation portfolio, managing budgets, forecasts, hiring plans, and vendor relations.
• Build and lead a global implementation organization, developing senior talent and standardizing delivery governance.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships and strategic relationships within a global model.
• Proven expertise in enterprise transformation, automation, and large-scale client onboarding.
• Deep experience leading complex integration programs across Accounting, Custody, Insurance, and Cloud Technology stacks.
• Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder models and resolve high-level client escalations.
• Expertise in designing governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies for multi-asset conversions.
