Global Hazard Communications Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process Safety Data Sheets (SDS) requests and updates, including managing the bi-annual update process with external providers
• Maintain the 3E Protect SDS repository system and triage the SDS inbox to respond to customer requests
• Deliver global training to the Product Sustainability Network, Business Customer Service Representatives, and various sites
• Implement continuous improvement processes for existing hazard communication workflows
• Support the Global Label Management System process, including improvements and testing
• Create and update reports in SAP to support customer requests and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with the vendor 3E, the Global Hazcom Manager, and various global stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, occupational health, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in hazard communication, SDS authoring, or regulatory affairs
• Hands-on experience with SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory compliance systems
• Strong knowledge of GHS and other global hazard communication regulations and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
