Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory and brand specifications for raw materials and formulas
• Partner with Regulatory and Quality Assurance to define requirements for new projects
• Maintain specifications in SAP-Product Lifecycle Management (SAP-PLM)
• Serve as subject-matter expert for formula-specification workflows in SAP-PLM and Smartsheet
• Ensure R&D formulas adhere to country of production and country of sale regulations
• Lead SAP-PLM raw-material setup for commodity ingredients
• Manage interactions with local flavor house regulatory teams to obtain compliance documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, Regulatory Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Quality or R&D
• Understanding of ingredients, formulations, manufacturing, and supply chain
• 1-3 years of experience in raw material and formula document specification management in the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PLM systems, and SAP
