Responsibilities
- Manage global fleet end-to-end, including vehicle selection, procurement, delivery, and insurance
- Build processes and vendor relationships to ensure rapid response to new vehicle requests
- Own relationships with fleet vendors and platforms across multiple markets
- Manage reactive issues such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents in the field
- Provide guidance to employees regarding vehicle standards and usage
- Coordinate across finance, legal, and operations departments
Requirements
- Proven experience managing fleet or complex multi-market operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to think from first principles to solve problems
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
