Global Finance Controlling Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support Group-level financial controlling activities for SG&A functions, including budget, forecast, and actual analysis
• Participate in monthly closing processes and performance analysis
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for top management
• Support annual budget and quarterly review exercises at the Group level
• Maintain and update headcount tracking files, including cost impacts of arrivals, departures, and transfers
• Support the Purchase Requisition (POR) process and provide guidance to users
• Act as a key interface between Finance and other Group support functions
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of controlling and reporting processes

Requirements

• Master’s student (M1/M2) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English for an international working environment
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of SAP
