Global Finance & Business Management Summer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professionals to influence key business decisions through financial analysis and data interpretation
• Support functional groups including Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks while optimizing performance through data-driven insights
• Ensure the integrity of financial statements and perform critical regulatory reporting and controls
• Create meaningful financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business strategy
• Track progress and analyze outcomes for large-scale projects and firmwide priorities

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requirement for sponsorship (including OPT/CPT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python
• Intermediate Excel skills including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and Index Match
