About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Global Facilities Quality systems projects and programs from initiation to completion to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Collaborate with Global and Site Facilities teams to manage programs such as Management of Change (MOC), Calibration, and Global Deviation Management System (GDMS).
  • Lead project definition, work breakdown structures, schedules, communication plans, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Create and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement of business processes and support reliability and cost projects.
  • Manage external audits, including setup, coordination, and successful follow-up with the Global Facilities organization.
  • Support workforce development by maintaining global training plans, training needs analysis, and documentation control.
  • Maintain the Central Governance repository platform and manage communications via SharePoint and other reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
  • 2 or more years of engineering experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven experience in project or program management.
  • Working knowledge of quality programs including MOC, FMEA, Calibration, and GDMS.
  • Proficiency with Tableau reports and SharePoint Online (SPMO).
  • Ability to lead multi-organizational teams and build cooperative relationships with stakeholders and auditors.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO or IATF audits, including relevant training and certification.
  • Strong background in error-proofing and risk-based thinking.
