About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Procore financial modules including Budget, Commitments, Invoices, and Change Management
- Maintain system workflows, approvals, and role-based permissions to ensure data integrity
- Support project setup activities such as WBS deployment and project structure alignment
- Develop and manage training materials, SOPs, and process documentation for global stakeholders
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for project teams, contractors, and new users
- Participate in SAP–Procore integration efforts, including blueprint reviews and sign-off activities
- Build and enhance custom reporting using Procore Analytics and 360 Reporting
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Engineering teams to resolve system issues and align processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of working experience in the Construction Industry
- 3+ years of experience in cost control, preferably within semiconductor or similar capital projects environments
- Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with experience training diverse user groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, specifically in cost, procurement, or project modules
- Experience administering Procore or similar PMIS platforms
- Knowledge of capital project governance, cost control methodologies, and WBS structures
- Proficiency in generating analytics dashboards using Power BI or Procore Analytics
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
