Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, managing deliverables and queries
  • Coordinate branding, print production, booth specs, and creative assets with design teams
  • Manage venue logistics including floor plans, catering, AV, and on-site coordination
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiating costs and managing budgets
  • Track deliverables across several concurrent conferences
  • Provide on-site support during live events to ensure high attendee satisfaction

Requirements

  • Essential experience in event organization, coordination, or sponsorship management
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during live events
  • Valid UK work permit
  • Eye for design and aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with creative or design teams
  • University degree
