Global Equity Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support administration of global equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and capital markets transactions
• Drive system automation on the Schwab Equiview platform across Workday and ADP
• Develop and deliver employee education programs regarding financial wellness and equity mechanics
• Support SOX compliance and the execution of key controls
• Partner with legal, finance, and people organizations to design future equity programs
• Coordinate with payroll for proper tax withholding on equity proceeds
• Define domestic and international integration strategies for M&A equity processes
• Assist with D&O Questionnaires, Proxy disclosures, and Section 16 reports
• Support the 10b5-1 program for executives and insiders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in stock plan administration for global public companies
• Experience partnering with Total Rewards teams and supporting Compensation Committee processes
• Deep knowledge of equity accounting and international jurisdictions
• Very strong Excel skills
• Experience with M&A equity integration

Preferred Qualifications

• CEP certification
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and the Schwab Equiview platform
