Global Equities Financial Reporting, Analysis & Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance controls for daily and monthly balance sheet and liquidity processes
• Reconcile trading positions, balances, and valuations with high accuracy
• Identify risks early and ensure robust data and reporting integrity
• Automate manual tasks and implement process improvements using tools like Alteryx
• Investigate and resolve data mismatches and issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with trading, treasury, operations, and finance teams to align goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, STEM, or a related field
• Relevant experience in product control, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role
• Understanding of equities products such as cash equities, equity derivatives, swaps, and financing business
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of balance sheet and liquidity concepts
• Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews
• Familiarity with process documentation best practices
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment
