Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering, 3-6 years EH&S management experience, Occupational Health and Safety certification, Advanced English proficiency

Oversee implementation of environmental, health and safety programs focusing on environmental control and occupational health and safety culture
Ensure corporate EHS governance, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and internal audits are conducted regularly
Update institutional EH&S policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with international best practices
Provide oversight of workplace health monitoring, hazard identification, and preventive programs across HQ and country offices
Monitor regional EH&S implementation plans and lead the annual planning cycle
Monitor legal compliance across all countries
Supervise the delivery of medical services and monitor health risks such as epidemics
Ensure EHS management systems support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
Coordinate institutional responses to significant compliance findings

Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in EH&S management
Occupational Health and Safety certification or diploma
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
Strong analytical and information management skills
Experience in operational risk management and emergency response
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced English proficiency
